Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli

This is another favorite vegetable side dish.

.

1. Grind up some coriander and cumin seeds a couple of teaspoons of each. I used to use a pestel and mortar but now use my coffee grinder more often rcb01

2. Roughly chop a few cloves of garlic rcb02

3.Grind with some slat and olive oil and it turns into a paste rcb03 rcb04
.
4.Then mix the cumin coriander and garlic paste over the broccoli and cauliflower and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes. This is excellent as a side dish with any meal. rcb05 rcb06
