I did a cooking demonstration with Matt Lovell for the Super League Strength and conditioning coaches in December 09.
It went down really well and what came over to me was that a lot of professional athletes need support in the Kitchen as much as they do with their supplementation.
If you haven’t got the basics right when it comes to your diet then taking supplements isn’t going to benefit you that much.
Your foundations need to be built on rock not sand.
A lot of it comes down to good organisation planning and familairity with some basic food stuffs.
It’s a concept that Matt and I are going to develop further so that we can serve not only athletes but those wanting to live and eat healthier better.
