Egg white Omelette – with one hand

By Fat Loss Chef • May 24th, 2011

Making an omellete is dead easy if you have got a good pan.  Louise Rogers was asking me about how to do this in the Healthy Kitchen at Body Power Expo.  I dont normally make an omelette with just egg whites I usually add at least one or 2 yolks.

To the omelette I added spinach which is a power food enriched with vitamins and minerals. Mushrooms which will help to fill you up satiate you and have few calories. Chilli and Black Pepper which will boost your metabolism and fat burning, both of these are found in many fat burners. Why pay for them when you can get them in your diet. Unless you don'tlike chillis of course.

Were the spinach and mushrooms already cooked, so just being reheated? (They didn't look raw)

HI Mark

Yes they had already been cooked. I didn’t bother to reheat them they pick up some heat from the egg whites
