<p>It&#39;s called 5 by 25 ( learn 5 recipes by the time that you are 25) and it&#39;s fronted by Chef James Martin. &nbsp;While it&#39;s a great idea and a concept that I applaud my jaw hit the floor when I saw the list of meals that are there for you to master.</p>
<p>I thought pretty much the same thing when I looked at what Jamie Oliver was doing when he started his campaign pass it on campaign, his campaign to get the nation cooking, it seems &nbsp;to have floundered a bit. The episode I remember watching they made a chicken tikka and rice, there were these really fat people loading up on big portions of rice. There is nothing wrong with the chicken tikka but why did they need that rice.</p>
<p>What&#39;s the point encouraging people to cook meals that are going to make them fat!</p>
<p>Anyway back to 5 by 25.</p>
<p>I&#39;ll save you the time of looking up the website. Let me review some of the recipes they have listed.</p>
<p>What&#39;s the point &#8211; where do you start to say anything about this lot.</p>
<ul>
<li>Apple muffins</li>
<li>Bread rolls</li>
<li>Iced fairy cakes</li>
<li>Choc chip cookies</li>
<li>Wholemeal chicken pasties</li>
<li>Yorkshire puddings</li>
</ul>
<p>There are a few meals that are halfway decent like a beef casserole &nbsp;and a lamb stir fry with Teryiaki sauce, but the majority of the meals&nbsp;sadly miss the mark from a nutritional stand point.</p>

	I was in Oxford earlier in the week with my son Jack, he was playing chess (we like to keep him well rounded) and I nipped out to the nearest deli <u><strong><a href="http://www.taylorsoxford.co.uk/news-events/new-salad-bar-at-taylors-woodstock-road.html" target="_blank">Taylors on Woodstock Rd</a></strong></u>,<br />
	&nbsp;<br />
	Their salad bar was absolutely awesome. This is the type of place you should be looking for.<br />
	&nbsp;<br />

	If I was on a strict fat loss phase I would have switched the beetroot and hommous for something else like green beans and cucumber.</p>

<p>If you don&#39;t have a fat loss diet plan it&#39;s pretty certain that over the long term that you are not going to succeed.&nbsp; </p>
<p>To successfully lose fat you need to change your habits. When it comes to fat loss foods you need to have an exact plan of what foods you are going toeat and when and to allow for contingencies that will inevitably arise.</p>
<p>In the Four week fat loss plan that I helped develop with Matt Lovell I put together an excel spreadsheet with my weekly fat loss diet plan laid out. It really helped me keep on track.</p>

<p>To the omelette I added spinach which is a power food enriched with vitamins and minerals. Mushrooms which will help to fill you up satiate you and have few calories. Chilli and Black Pepper which will boost your metabolism and fat burning, both of these are found in many <a href="http://www.fatburnersdirect.com">fat burners</a>. Why pay for them when you can get them in your diet. Unless you don&#39;tlike chillis of course.</p>

	I&#39;ve now taken the IKAS Body Measurement course, it was a 3 day course where we got to learn alot of theory and do a lot of practice taking the measurements on each other. Followed up by an exam where you had to get within a certain percentage of what the examiner was doing.</p>
<p>So if you would like your skin fold measurements taken in Oxford I am available to do it.&nbsp; Just give me a shout.</p>
