If you don't have a fat loss diet plan it's pretty certain that over the long term that you are not going to succeed.
To successfully lose fat you need to change your habits. When it comes to fat loss foods you need to have an exact plan of what foods you are going toeat and when and to allow for contingencies that will inevitably arise.
In the Four week fat loss plan that I helped develop with Matt Lovell I put together an excel spreadsheet with my weekly fat loss diet plan laid out. It really helped me keep on track.
